Job Title: Product Test Specialist
Location: Dallas, TX (Field)
Duration: 8 Months with possibility of extension
Pay range: $28 to $34 per hour
Job Description:
They must be remote in Dallas because a lot of the job requires driving around to different Dallas locations and meeting up with different people.
The nature of the work is focused on research and development of products from conception to retail to meet the needs of accounts and consumers. Develops & manages category and consumer specific perception test programs Manages all phases of test planning. Executes human perception testing
Typically requires a Bachelors Degree and minimum of 0-1 years directly relevant work experience Note: One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law + 1 yr; Masters + 0-3 yrs; Associates degree + 1-3 yrs; High School + 3-5 yrs.
Location: Dallas, Texas (Remote)
Please note: Candidate must be located in Dallas and have a car, hours will be flexible, may work weekends)

Recommended:
Background in tennis is strongly recommended
Footwear and testing knowledge
Experience on the retail or marketing side
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or minimum 2 additional years' relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.
2 years' experience in a professional working environment. Experience in the footwear, product testing, development, marketing, engineering, retail, customer service industry is preferred.
Understanding of footwear components, materials, and inline productions processes is a definite plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience working with athletes, coaches, and equipment managers.
Experience with Microsoft Office programs and familiarity with spreadsheet database and statistical analysis procedures.
Able to physically lift and carry items weighing 30 pounds.
Ability to travel regionally in a personal vehicle to meet with programs and testers.
Passion for sport is a plus.
