Spherion is hiring a Leasing Agent/Acquisition Specialist to join a growing property management team in Baton Rouge. This temp-to-hire opportunity provides the right candidate with the potential for a direct-hire position.

Must Be an Active Licensed Real Estate Agent in Louisiana
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $14.00/hour with bonuses scale
Responsibilities:
Process leads, applications, leases, and renewals
Present rental applicants to property owners for approval
Schedule and conduct property showings, inspections, and sign/lockbox pickups
Convert rental property owners into management contract clients
Expand the rental property portfolio over time
File evictions and represent the management company in court
Handle monthly security deposit disposition processing
Perform other tasks as needed
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Experience in real estate leasing or sales

High School Diploma required
