At Drury Hotels, the Housekeeper plays a major role in creating memorable moments for business travelers and families on vacation by maintaining clean and welcoming hotel rooms. Responsibilities include vacuuming, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and ensuring rooms meet established cleanliness standards. Housekeepers work as part of a friendly, customer-focused team and may assist guests with linens, towels, amenities, or information. The role requires the ability to work independently, follow instructions, and provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude. Physical requirements include walking, standing, pushing, vacuuming, reaching, stretching, bending, and occasionally lifting 25-35 pounds. No previous cleaning experience is required, but knowledge equivalent to two years of high school is necessary. The position may require working weekends, especially Saturdays and Sundays.
